You can return a product within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. First create a return request from the order details in your account, then send the product with its invoice and, if possible, its original packaging.
Return address: Meydan Kırtasiye, Osmanlı Caddesi No: 113, Başakşehir / İstanbul. Once the product reaches us and is checked, the amount you paid is refunded to your card within 14 days at the latest. Depending on your bank it may take a few days to appear in your account.
Personalised products and opened products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, have the courier record it and notify us right away; in that case we cover the shipping cost.
